Release Repair Sprint

One bug.
A fix you can review.

For a release blocked by a reproducible front-end error, broken route, UI behavior, or JavaScript/TypeScript build failure.

One repository · One environment · One agreed acceptance case

The deliverable

From symptom to verified change.

01 / REPRODUCE

Make the failure concrete

Record the failing input, expected behavior, actual result, and a baseline the reviewer can repeat.

02 / REPAIR

Keep the patch focused

Address the accepted defect in a reviewable diff. Explain the cause and any tradeoffs.

03 / VERIFY

Show before and after

Provide a regression check, the relevant existing checks, remaining limitations, and rollback notes.

Inspect an actual example

A missing route that erased the page.

COBALT SITE / OCT 19, 2026

Normalize first. Validate second.

A trailing slash bypassed the route lookup. On an unknown path, the renderer read a property from an undefined page and displayed a blank screen.

The repair validates the normalized path before rendering. The sample preserves the site's existing home fallback.

The live failure was observed in a browser. The repair passes an isolated local fixture and has not been deployed. This is Cobalt's own site, not a customer result.

A good fit

A specific failure with a small reproduction, available build/test environment, and a clear definition of success. Send the symptom, stack, expected behavior, and relevant logs.

Work uses AI-assisted engineering tools. You receive inspectable code and evidence for review.

Keep the scope clear

Production deployment, new features, migrations, ongoing support, security certification, and revenue or performance guarantees are outside this sprint.

Client code and results stay out of public examples. The delivery deadline and exact acceptance case are written down before payment.

Start with a fit check

Bring one reproducible problem.

Describe the failure and the expected result. Cobalt reviews the fit before agreeing a scope, deadline, and payment channel. The fixed fee is $1,100; no payment is collected here.

Your request is stored privately for Cobalt to review and respond. It is not displayed publicly. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
